Consumer Guarantee

All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are faulty. Replacement or refund will be given as defined by the act.

Returns and Refunds

All refunds (less postage, and any associated fees incurred by seller eg Paypal, Afterpay or other merchant ) will be paid within 30 days after product has been returned. Guarantee is not valid during ‘buy one get one free’ offer. No returns allowed during ‘buy one get one free’ offer. Product must be returned within 70 days from date of ordering product.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items.Free gifts are not eligible for return or refund. When necessary, due to limited availability of products from suppliers, we reserve the right to make substitutions of products with equal or greater value. We do not warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will remain error-free or that the network or the server which stores and delivers the website and its contents to you will remain free of viruses or other harmful components. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
